Bangladesh Business trip

My first business trip to Bangladesh was an unforgettable one. No one will ever think that, i will have that chance to go Bangladesh for "Business"I count myself lucky as it was really an experience.

Dhaka is the city of Bangladesh, there are many cars and people on the street. No traffic light, you just hear horn. If you can drive there, driving in Singapore is just a simple task. Peoples there are nice and friendly. Of course, there are many beggars and poor childrens on the street. Though they are poor where you see children knocking on your car window asking you for money , they are discipline to not to snatch you stuff.

I feel like a star there as whenever i step out of the hotel, people look at me with curiosity. They must be thinking what is this girl doing here. Even the check in counter officer at changi airport ask me lots of qns when they know i am going there. What are they thinking?????? i am full of qns mark!!!

Overall it is a fruitful trip......(",)

People always like to complain about the high standard cost of living in Singapore. But they forgot that developed come with a price and condition. For me, i am contended with my life.

NUS Commercement day

It had been months that i last update my blog.......anyway i was thinking nobody was reading my blog...so who cares whether i got update or not....in the end i cares....

Previously i talk about my grandma in the hospital. Great news!! she was discharged and now staying with my aunty. However, she is unable to walk now becos of stroke that is affecting her leg. She is rather depressed over this. Hope she will get well soon.

Tml is a special day for me....it marks the end of my education...my family will be attending the ceremony with me...Lynn, Andy and Eileen will be coming down to take photo too...looking forward to tml...excited excited!!!!

Grandma is sick ...:(

I went to visit my grandma in hospital today. She suffered mild stroke due to old age. I tried talking to her but my "Teochew" sucks. I dont even know how to have a simple conversation in Teochew and cant even express my feeling to her. Even a simple sentence like " how are u feeling now", i still have to ask my aunty.

I am really worried about her. Hope she get well soon.

One week of Work

Entering into the work force mark the beginning of my next phase in life.

Working would means greater responsibilities and stress. I need to start saving to pay off my school debt and start paying all my expenses. I admit i do not really like doing projects and studying for exam but it is definitely better than working.

First week of work is "stress less", still have to undergo training. But i realise the more i learn, the more complex i think the job is. Scary but excited at the same time. The people there are nice and i have a colleague that come in at the same time as me. So at least i have a companion. (",). It was a chinese speaking environment, i think my english is going to deteriorate though it is already bad to start with. (see the language i use in my blog, you should know le la). I really need to do some self study to improve my english language!!!! help!!!!

Outings with Best Buddy Lynn san

Since she is the only one who has my blog address, i got to write something good about her...hee...

We have known each other for around 7 years and i am glad that she is always there for me.

I always enjoyed her company. Some of the outing we had recently:

1) we went IMM on labour day. As usual, we went to our favourite $2 daiso to shop for cheap stuff...and i bought a formal skirt for my graduation from G2000....cheap cheap also $19 best buy....

2) We had a "candle light" dinner at Fish and Co at the Glass house. Well i really like the atmosphere there....the food and service was good. We had a great but rather

challenging chat over there since we have to fight against the loud background music(they just sing too loud). Guess she is having sore throat now....since we are both tired, we went home shortly after that.


Oh ya i got to mention this, this is the first time i wear a dress out for the purpose of shopping and eating out. I seldom wear dress as i think it is rather formal and uncomfortable. I believe it will be good to change my image some time and not always wear jeans or pant. But I guess it is rather hard also as the heels are killing me.....i wonder who invented heels....or should i blame my foot for being that big....

I recieved a card from Andy. Andy never failed to send me a birthday card on my birthday. Though we seldom meet up now as we are both busy with work, he always remember my birthday.

Continue from my previous post, i have another celebration with Agnes, Kai xin, Charlene and Aizhen.

We have dinner first at Thai express, after which we make our way to esplanade. The gers give me and aizhen a surprise birthday cake at esplanade. (poor kaixin have to wait there and she burned her hand while handling the candles ). We took many crazy photo together, we had a fun and crazy time outside such a cultural place...irony issit it...thank you gers for the nice presents and the pleasant surprise. I really appreciate it.

More on Birthday- Class 3B13

I have a wonderful mini birthday celebration with different group of friends...

1) Me andXiao wei have an early birthday dinner at The Manhattan Fish Market. We are really surprise by thge good service they provided. They sing us a very loud birthday song as requested by our friend. Making us so embarrassed. hahaha. After which they give us a brownie as a birthday cake and plus a photo. After which, we went over to clarke quay for a drink. guess what that was the first time i went to cannery...so gu gu right....hahaha...i enjoyed myself that day. Thanks for the present and the special dinner gathering...i really enjoyed myself. I am glad to have a group of friend celebrating my bday with me....

Finally exam is over

Finally the exam is over le...i can "unofficially" declare myself as graduate. The last paper was really a tough one and now i can only pray that i can passed the paper. I really need luck this time.

Well, i decided to start up a blog on this special day of mine...my birthday (29 april)...guys please take note and remember k....

I have received a numbers of sms from all my friends wishing me happy birthday. Thanks to all of them, it really make my day and i really appreciate it.

well, it is suppose to be a fun and happy day for me, but it is definitely not for me since i have to study for my exam tml. and guess what instead of studying now...i am blogging...hahhaa...i think i am already in my holiday mood. just wish the exam to be over soon and i shall say bye bye to books and exam forever. I guess i will miss them once i step into the work force. I will miss having lecture, doing projects, loafing and all my friends in NUS.

I must say that i still have some programme for myself later at night. My parent are bringing me out for a birthday dinner at some place and my boyfriend will be joining us too. I am really fortunate to have people who love me. My boyfriend even gave me a big surprise on 29 april 12 am sharp by appearing at my house. I was really sleepy reading all my lecture note, when i was about to doze off, my bf called me and he lied to me that he was at home. At 12 am sharp, he asked me to open the door and i saw a small cake with a little small candle in front of me. I am really touched and appreaciate what my bf had done for me. He gave me a Charles Stefano necklace and it was gorgeous, up to date, he had given me 3 necklace and i love all three. I really love it and thank you darling. He is making me loving him even more each day.!!!! (mushy mushy)
